CMB Personal Training is elite-level coaching in the heart of Dublin. Our PTs have mentored with some of the best coaches in the world and continue to learn from leading education resources. This means you get high-level coaching in training, strength and conditioning, nutrition and diet, and healthy lifestyle habits.

Our training sessions are challenging but fun. We don’t believe in beasting you (after all, you’re paying to be here) but we respect your goals, so we will encourage you to push hard.

Everything is totally personalised to your body, background, and goals. We will change up your training and nutrition plans as often as needed to keep the results coming.

Darragh Hayes, an award-winning fitness expert and former Mr. Universe and Mr. International, is one of Ireland's most respected trainers with international acclaim in fitness, nutrition, and body transformation.

Backed by credentials from the National Strength & Conditioning Association and experience in professional soccer and fitness modeling, Darragh brings world-class expertise to every client at CMB Gym. His results-driven approach and personable style have earned him the trust and loyalty of clients at all fitness levels.

You don't need fitness levels to start, you just need to start!

Telling yourself you need a certain level of fitness to start is fear mongering yourself and putting off achieving the life changing results you crave deep down.

Don’t put off until tomorrow what you can do today.

You can achieve an incredible transformation with as little as 3 hours per week of dedication in the gym.

We have 168 hours in a week and let’s say you spend 56 of those asleep - that equates to 8 hours of sleep per night. You spend 40 hours per week dedicated to working so that leaves you with 72 hours for you! We can subtract a little more for family and friends but that still leaves you with an abundance of time to train.

Everybody is “busy” and “time poor”. Don’t let this be the excuse that stops you.

Many of our clients who have achieved life changing results started with no knowledge, no experience and were complete beginners.

Whatever experience you may or may not have we arm you with the expertise and tools for life long results which would take the average person a lifetime to learn.
